the reason I've been saying anything

I have always had a very small grasp of reality so I'm doing a brain drain and saying some of the things in my mind as a reality check. So far the conclusion is that I got very traumatised by being the messiah and three traumatic events because I also got mugged. My family did not cause me a trauma is the conclusion even thought I have cptsd
