The thing about scripture is that it's canonical and catechisical in nature. Like walking in the park and drinking a can. Seeing the hirse races on TV and gambling. That's life. Like an exhibition of puppets I saw recently everyone has an ugly side despite anything. If you embrace it you're a complete person.
