I am a person who has always struggled with her mental health. Depression hits her and she thinks : what's a good workaround because my life is important but not really working 😭
I also get a bit manic and then it's : everyone has stopped laughing... Maybe time to go home and stay at home.
Then it's like confusion and she thinks : how to even know real. Everything is having a blurring line. Time for coffee and sitting outside. Nature helps.
