Everyone does it, to  some degree. But it can be chalked down to ineptitude about being. When we are really being we are true to ourselves. When we sin, we deny ourselves. 
The way to "zin", Scot free, is to see it as a failure. That boyfriend, that wine? That's greedy and lust ful, avoid it!
Try instead coming from a place of purity. What should you seek? A husband! But, society gets in the way.
What should you drink? Water, except vodka actually is water, so start there.
If you're feeling greedy, make it a nom nom routine. Then you are levelling up from a carnal craving of the flesh, to a conscious moment.

I actually know now I wasn't crazy these past few years, it was a reward /challenge from God Himself and a number of archangels including Archangel Gabriel (my guardian angel). I have passed the challenge and received their help on my superhero idea which took it so many ways into the stratosphere.  So it's been tricky going but now my future and eternity are before me.  #shypeoplesrevolution #whatwasnotyetsaid
