I went on a health kick previously, in my twenties. It's really paying off later in life! I eat what I want but I don't really change size. I also spend significant time doing dieting so I have a now small appetite. I also had a kind of restaurant craze in my twenties so I have quite a refined palate. This way, is it worth the calories, would be inbuilt into eating decisions.
Even as i foray into french eating culture. Something about the lipids and eating at midday really prevents snacking which must be the real cause of anyone's diabetes. I rarely eat chocolate or dessert as I have a high bar and prefer savoury foods.
As far as vitamins goes, I figured out that a naturally varied diet provides everything. This is also a slimming world idea.
