Every planet and actually right down to every street corner, can have its own twang. Earth has peasoup!
A twang is an attitude, a peaceable means of interaction and an aesthetic. It can even come with thoughts! In particular the encouragement of foolhardy japing with oneself.
A twang is different to a theme. A twang should always improve quality of life and soften the hardness of existing. It's a lot about community and being more forgiving and tolerant of each other. It's actually possible to like everyone you meey even if they don't become a friend. This is what a twang is all about!

I actually know now I wasn't crazy these past few years, it was a reward /challenge from God Himself and a number of archangels including Archangel Gabriel (my guardian angel).
